    I have not tried a lot of the recipes in this book but what I have tried I love It was a good purchase The Pita bread recipe was wonderful The basic curry sauce I would make again, very good I am impressed with the different ethnic food recipes represented in this book I am going to recommend this cook book to my friends and family.
